STILL MARVELED BY HOW INCREDIBLY LETHAL THESE YSL HERO STILETTOS ARE, I CAN ONLY IMAGINE HOW PAINFUL THEY REALLY ARE TO WALK IN. IF THERE SHOULD BE A REMAKE OF SINGLE WHITE FEMALE, THESE STILETTOS WOULD EASILY WIN BEST SUPPORTING WEAPON

Ouch, but you have to sacrifice comfort for beauty sometimes.

They do look painful, but I’d still be willing to give them a try.

I’d take them for a stroll

They look lethal…but they are still oh so charming

Oh Lord! They are definitely bdsm feature!
But you always have to choose between Beauty and comfort in this cruel world

They aren’t painful if you have narrow feet and are used to walking on super high heels. Those are YSL shoes so they are well made, and that’s what you are paying for. I have tried walking the streets and going up and down the train stations of Hong Kong wearing those fabulous shoes and I didn’t get any blisters. Or maybe i’m a masochist for beauty.

Seriously….why?! Some people will go to some strange lengths for fashion!

oooooh…actually they wouldn’t be painful…especially if she is putting her weight on the heel or on the balls of her feet (as she would in any other high-heeled shoe!)…the arch-part of any shoe…really doesn’t do that much..that is probably why the shoe designer…almost got rid of it in this case….save the think metal piece/bar/rod….sexy indeed!

I agree that the foot barely touches that part of the shoe, so they are probably no more uncomfortable than your average stiletto. Definitely requires a narrow foot though!

not comfortable looking at all…but beauty is pain right? and these certainly are beautiful…well worth the potential blisters and cuts.

I don’t think these are worth the pain. I hate how the footbed is shaped like an actual foot. Yuck.
I don’t think the arch of the shoe would be the painful part though- I think the skinny little straps digging into your skin would be the bitch of it.

Wonderful! Do you have any pictures of the front…?

I would really want to try these shoes on. I think that most likely my feet would be too wide, however.
I want to see the front!

I agree with the not painful votes. As long as it’s curved and not stressing the arch of your foot, it doesn’t seem like it would be any less comfy than the average stilleto.
Victims of flat feet like myself however…

It seems that it wouldn’t be that painful.. usually if somethings painful it’s because the shoe is either slicing your feet open or putting all your weight on the ball of your foot.
stilll…. don’t know if I could do it!
