HERE WE GO AGAIN//
SO I’VE BEEN A LITTLE FIXATED WITH THE REEMERGENCE OF FALL 2004 BALENCIGA COATS ON MODELS THIS PAST WEEK IN PARIS. I ACTUALLY SPOTTED ANNA JAGODZINSKA WEARING NOT ONE BUT TWO JACKETS FROM THAT COLLECTION. HERE SHE IS WEARING DEFINITELY ONE OF THE MORE OBSCURE PIECES FROM THAT COLLECTION. IT KIND OF MAKES ME YEARN FOR THE RADICAL DAYS AT BALENCIAGA BEFORE NICHOLAS STARTED RUMMAGING THROUGH THE ARCHIVES.
ANOTHER REASON WHY I WANTED TO POST THESE PICS WAS BECAUSE A) I FIND HER ABSOLUTELY STUNNING AND B) I ADORE HER ‘SALLY’ CHLOE BAG. I DIDN’T THINK MUCH OF IT AT FIRST BUT THEN WHEN I SAW CAMILLE BIDDAULT WADDINGTON CARRYING IT LAST SEASON I JUST FELL COMPLETELY IN LOVE WITH IT. YOU KNOW WHEN YOU SEE SOMETHING AND YOU DON’T THINK TWICE ABOUT IT, BUT THEN WHEN YOU SEE SOMEONE WHO CARRIES IT OFF REALLY WELL AND YOU JUST THINK TO YOURSELF, “MAN, I NEED THAT RIGHT NOW.” I JUST LOVE THE SIZE OF IT AND HOW SIMPLE AND CHIC IT IS WITH THE RIGHT TOUCH OF GOLD HARDWARE.
FYI, I DON’T CARRY PURSES. LOL

I absolutely love that they are wearing the old jackets! Archives rummaging is indeed boring + I can’t remember anyone being photographed wearing them when the came out

BEAUTIFUL AS ALWAYS! i love her post-chloe hair/makeup (I wasn’t so fond of the collection, but the wavy hair and bronzed eyes made me swoon a little…)
