What I can’t figure out is if it’s cut-outs, or did the designer put super reflective metal plates on the wedge.. Can someone help me out?

on first impression it looks like a cut-out in the platform, but it’s very cool and industrial that it isn’t. i also like the little triangle wedge missing from the back of the heel.

The lower boot portion remind of the Stella McCartney wedges with an added silver plated. These are serious warrior footwear. The Ogawa militia boots.
