There’s also a similar style in booties by Louboutin called “Sigourney”. Not sure if he’s inspired by the movie Alien, but they are very Sci-Fi forward. Love them!

I’m actually not a huge fan of shoes that cut the calf in half. In terms of height, I like booties or something close to the knee. Other thoughts?

The body suits the characters wear in dune are made of similar rolled up leather. Those were supposed to retain water in the desert, most unlike these boots which do kill however. LOVE.

Reminds me of Harrison Ford’s leather jacket in Blade Runner, but perhaps better suited for a replicant. They’d look amazing in that distressed sand colored leather too. GOD I love C.L.
