Love the Lanvin shoes more than the trench but you have to credit Alber for creating the most gorgeous pieces of clothing and Anna Della Russo for being such a style icon. BRAVO!

ADR looks fabulous in her trenchcoat, but who drew my immediate attention is Giovanna in the backround, and the fact that she’s dressed all in black, which is unusual. But beautiful!!!

Oh the blush nude silk-satin trench. So impractical (one trace of dirt and it’s nearly finished and let’s face it– it doesn’t keep one very warm– so you really need to have a towncar waiting for you at every turn) and yet so alluring and seductive. This is true luxury. My practical black winter coat envies the glamorous life of that Lanvin trench.
