frank gehry covered his house around with that kind of fence. in the ‘movie sketches of frank gehry’ you can hear him saying that it is one of the best materials, because it makes people see the world as parts-fragments. from a photographer’s eye. you can choose any scene from all of it.
so long story short, it is a cool and an architectural idea! =)
