‘PIJO LAND’ SERANO, MADRID!
The only near decent part of a totally decayed, graffitti infested, litter bugged, loud, socially uncouth city! Glad you did not venture further afield to CALLE FUANCORRAL(shitty!!), LA VA PIES (total eye sore!).
What ‘Madridenos’ have to be proud of in a city whose youths and indeed adults seem to have a total disregard for the law of public cleanliness is beyond me! Possibly the most socially disfunctional respect of personal AND PUBLIC property I have ever seen!! (To see the levels of graffitis/tags, illegal bill boards and street litter all over the city: On every front door, spare wall, water pipes, shop front shutters, park benches, lamp post…nothing is spared of visually headache inducing GARBAGE!! Not to mention the stench of piss everywhere!!!) I have never in my life seen a City in which the total fabric of the rule of law governing public litter have been floundered with such abject disregard in all my travels across the globe! At times in Madrid I feel as though I have been transported to a third world banana republic……How so totally DIFFERENT is Barcelona, Santander etc…..!!
But hey! Though the pictures are misleading, thanks for a brilliantly executed series of potos!!

I assume boots are from FENDI coz I got them in beige and know they came in black also and brown, about 700 euros
