Fur is such a political statement to wear in North America. After living in Paris, it was just a matter of practicality and style. The warmth and the texture of fur is what makes it a staple in a lot of people’s wardrobe. It’s too bad that there’s no material that serve the same purpose.

I agree with Enrique–I so wish there was a chic and warm substitute for fur.
